Mr. Barganski has served as a financial advisor since 2001. He has extensive knowledge of special districts and is responsible for project management as well as analytical and technical support for projects including bond sizing, spreadsheet modeling, debt offering documentation, and refunding analysis. Over the course of his career, Mr. Barganski has worked on over 450 separate bond transactions with total principal amount in excess of $6 billion.

Prior to joining Specialized Public Finance Inc., Mr. Barganski was a Director with Hilltop Securities Inc. in Austin and Houston, Texas. During his 17 years with this firm, he was a member of the firm’s Special District Underwriting Committee and served as the firm’s senior banker on the firm’s special district financial advisory committee in Central Texas.

Mr. Barganski earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Texas A&M University in College Station. He is a Series 50 registered Municipal Advisor Representative with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
