Mr. Gilmore joined Specialized Public Finance Inc. as an Analyst in August 2019. In this role, he assists in developing financial models to analyze, structure, and price transactions for clients, as well as prepare refunding and debt capacity analyses. Since becoming part of SPFI’s quantitative team, Mr. Gilmore has structured or assisted on more than 235 transactions totaling over $3.8 billion in par amount.

Prior to joining Specialized Public Finance Inc., Mr. Gilmore was a banking officer with Frost Bank from 2017 to 2019. In this role, he supported new business development and performed credit analysis on commercial firms.

Mr. Gilmore graduated with Honors from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. He is a Series 50 registered Municipal Advisor with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
