Will spent the early part of his career in banking as an accountant and ultimately served as the Controller for a mid-sized bank in Texas. After spending some time as a consultant, Will spent 12 years in the municipal finance industry ultimately serving as the CFO for the City of Bryan and Bryan Texas Utilities. Through this experience, Will has been on the issuer side of General Obligation issues (including Certificates of Obligation, Combination Tax and Revenue issues, etc.), Revenue Bond Issues (water, wastewater, and electric utilities), Tax Increment Financing, and Taxable General Obligation Pension Bonds. With his diverse experience, Will brings a unique perspective to the Municipal Advisor role.

Will has a B.B.A. in Accounting (Suma cum Laude) from Texas A&M University. Will is also a Certified Public Accountant licensed to practice in the State of Texas and is a Series 50 Municipal Advisor Representative with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
